Copy Menu Option Screens

To create a copy of a menu under a new menu code, the prompts are:

From Menu:

Enter the 2 character existing menu code from which to copy.

To Menu:

Enter the New 2 character menu code to be created.

Copy Menu?

Enter Y (YES) to start the menu copy or enter N (NO) to terminate the process.
