Estimate Inquiry By Make/Model

This inquiry displays an estimate for a specific make/model. The prompts are:

(C)URRENT OR (H)ISTORY

Type C (Current) to view estimates that have not yet been converted to a W.O. and then billed.
Type H (History) to view estimates that have already been converted to W.O.'s and have been billed on an Invoice or closed out to a repair.

MAKE/MODEL#

<F4> Enter the make/model or equipment number or look it up in the window. Press Window key, to view a list of all equipment (make/models) on Estimates in current or in history, and make a selection.

SERIAL #

<F4> Enter the serial number, or press Window Key to select from the list of serial #'s on Estimates for this Make/Model.

ESTIMATE #

<F4> Enter the estimate #, or press Window Key to select from the list of Estimates for this customer.

CUST #

The customer number and name on the Estimate will display.

DATE

The Estimate Date will display.

Parts, Labor, Services & Comments Windows
 Press ACCEPT Key to open the first window, then again for the other windows.

TOTALS

The total parts, labor, services, taxes and order total will display on the screen, after exiting from the Comments window.
