Group Maintenance Schedule Inquiry

Work Order Menu -> Maintenance Scheduling -> Maintenance Schedule -> INQUIRY button -> By Group window -> Group Maintenance Schedule Inquiry

After the Maintenance Schedules have been entered in Groups, they can be reviewed on the screen for a selected Group.
 Enter the Group or select it from the Group Search window.
 

Resulting Schedule Information:
 The Maintenance Type is listed with the Maintenance Code assigned for each record, and the Service information includes the Days Last serviced, Last Date serviced, Last Meter serviced, Scheduled Days, and Scheduled Meter Units.

Click on the Code field and then click the DETAILS button to view the date, Meter units, and labor details associate with this maintenance as entered in the Maintenance Schedule.
