Warranty Expiry Information

Work Order Menu -> Work Orders -> Warranty Expiry Information

This information window is triggered when non-bulk rental equipment is serviced in Work Orders to alert the operator when the warranties on the product and any on any associated non-bulk components, will expire.
 The expiry date is tracked in the Fixed Asset Tag of the Rental Inventory, with a Warranty Depot.

The window is suppressed when the warranty has passed its expiry date.

A second a Warranty In Effect Alert is triggered when the W.O. header for a non-bulk rental product is completed.
 The warning can be customized in the Divisional Work Order Parameters.
