Maintenance Schedule

Work Order Menu -> Work Order -> "Multiple Maintenance Schedule" -> Maintenance Type -> Maintenance Schedule

This screen lists the scheduled maintenance that has been selected to be completed on this repair or Work Order, with the Type of Maintenance and the Maintenance Code information.

A window is provided in the DETAILS field to view any scheduled dates, descriptions, and meter count information according to the Type of the maintenance schedule record.

•The details window for maintenance Type 3 Actual Date, can be used to view the schedule of future service dates with service descriptions.

•The details window for maintenance Type 5 Actual Meter Reading, can be used to view the schedule of future meter readings when service is due with service descriptions.
