Update Contract Tax Exempt Status

This is a maintenance utility that can be added to an Additional Options menu as it is not on a standard menu.

This utility can be used to update the tax codes on open contracts to NTX when a customer is newly flagged as Tax 1 or Tax 2 codes as tax exempt in Customer Information.
 Products and Services will become exempt for that tax for future billings, and the contract taxes and totals will be recalculated.

Note: This utility does not apply if Vertex taxing or Enhanced taxing features are active, as set in the Company Taxing Parameters.
