Accounts Receivable Menu -> Customer Account Inquiry -> Deposits window -> Outstanding Contract/Reservation/Work Order/Sales Order Deposits

This screen lists all the deposits taken that have not been used for the customer, with the document type, document date, document number, and remaining unapplied amount.

A window is provided on the Document# to drill down to the Contract or Reservation, Work Order or Sales Order details as outlined in View Documentation Information.

A window is provided on the Deposit Remaining to view the payment details of the deposit as outlined in Deposit History.
