Update Re-Order by Locations

Inventory Control Menu -> Rental Inventory / Sales Inventory -> Inventory- icon -> Change to Re-Order Min/Max/Multiple -> Update Re-Order by Locations

Utilities Menu -> Inventory Control -> Update Make/Model Information -> Change to Re-Order Min/Max/Multiple -> Update Re-Order by Locations

This window is triggered if the primary order quantities or re-order multiple is changed company wide for a sales or bulk rental product that is ordered by location, to provide the ability to also update the order values at each location.

MINIMUM QUANTITY

The Old Minimum Quantity and New Minimum Quantity are displayed.
 If the New Minimum Quantity is different, then the Update Locations box is enabled.

Check this box if all locations should reflect this new minimum.
 Uncheck this box if all locations should not be changed.
 Manual changes can still be made.

MAXIMUM QUANTITY

The Old Maximum Quantity and New Maximum Quantity are displayed.
 If the New Maximum Quantity is different, then the Update Locations box is enabled.

Check this box if all locations should reflect this new maximum.
 Uncheck this box if all locations should not be changed.
 Manual changes can still be made.

RE-ORDER/MULTIPLE

The Old Re-Order Multiple and New Re-Order Multiple are displayed.
 If the New Re-Order Multiple is different, then the Update Locations box is enabled.

Check this box if all locations should reflect this new re-order multiple.
 Uncheck this box if all locations should not be changed.
 Manual changes can still be made.

ACTIONS:
 Additional actions provided by buttons on the Update Re-Order by Locations screen include:

•Review Current Re-Order Values:
 Click the LOCATIONS button at the bottom to view the current location values for Min, Max and Multiple.
