Print Internal Transfer Worksheets

Inventory Control Menu -> Internal Branch Transfers -> Internal Inventory Transfer Worksheets -> PRINT button -> Print Internal Transfer Worksheets

This option provides the ability to reprint an inventory transfer worksheet, or print a range of worksheets, by a location selection, with or without the worksheet comments, and can be accessed from the PRINT action button on the Internal Inventory Transfer Worksheets.

The source worksheets can be reviewed in Internal Inventory Transfer Worksheets.

The prompts are:

FROM WORKSHEET NUMBER

Leave this field blank for all worksheets in the range, or enter a starting worksheet number, or look one up in the Internal Transfer Worksheet Search window.

TO WORKSHEET NUMBER

Leave this field blank for all worksheets, or enter an ending worksheet number, or select one from the window.

FROM LOCATION

Enter the From location or select it from the drop-down list.

TO LOCATION

Enter the To location or select it from the drop-down list.

UNPRINTED ONLY

Check this box to only include worksheets in the range that have not been printed yet.
 Uncheck this box to include all worksheets in the range.

INCLUDE COMMENTS

Check this box to print any comments after the product list for each worksheet in the range.
 Uncheck this box to omit all worksheet comments.

INCLUDE CLOSED

Check this box to included outstanding and filled worksheets in the range.
 Uncheck this box to omit any worksheets that have already been converted to transfers.

Finished?

A printer can be confirmed or re-selected from the Printer option located on the menu bar at the top of the screen.

Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the transfer slips, or CANCEL to abort.
