Inventory Search and Action Options

Counter Menu -> Contract Details -> Product # window -> Inventory Search and Action Options

This menu selection screen can be accessed from the window in the Product # field in rental documents, to search for products.
 The options vary depending on the type of document.

•Click on Equipment Search to look for products using detailed selection criteria as outlined in the Inventory Search utility.
 Search filters are provided by Group and Product Class.

•Click on Kit Search to select items listed in a Kit as outlined in the Kit Search.

Power Kits

The Power Kit components assigned to any Primary Non-Bulk Rental Product are automatically added to the document when the primary product is selected.
 These component item details cannot be deleted or modified, as they are inseparable from that primary product.
 Components are not billable nor do they print on the document.
 For more details on the Power Kit feature refer to Power Kits.

•Click on Missed Rental/Sale to record a missed transaction.
 The missed transaction can be reported by specific Product or by Group, and then the details can be entered as outlined in Missed Rental Transactions.
 This option is only available from the Counter Worksheet or directly from the menu tree.

•Click on View Totals to view the accumulated totals for this document as outlined in Document Totals.

•Click on Contract Comments to view and update comments associated with this contract, as outlined in Contract Comments.
 This option is only available from the Contract.

•Click on Exchanges by Customer to access the equipment exchange processing as defined in Exchanges By Customer.
 This option in only offered in a new Worksheet before any items are selected.

Finished?

Click ACCEPT to close the Confirmation selection screen, and to return to the document details.
