Count Tag To Be Applied

Inventory Control Menu -> Inventory Count -> Count Tag Entry -> Count Tag Details -> REVIEW button -> Count Tag To Be Applied

Any Count Tags for a location that are waiting to update the Inventory Count Worksheet maintained in Update Inventory Worksheet can be reviewed by clicking on the REVIEW button in the Count Tag Details utility.
 This inquiry is also generated automatically on exiting the Count Tag Details if there are any outstanding Count Tags.

The count tag total is displayed.
 The individual inventory count tags are displayed with the count tag #, product #, product description, quantity on the tag, location or bin number, and the serial number where applicable to serialized sales parts.

Click CANCEL to exit the screen.

ACTIONS:
 Additional actions provided by buttons on the Count Tag To Be Applied screen include:

•View Originator of Tag:
 Click the EXP/CON button to expand the tag records to view the location and operator information.

•Delete an Assigned Tag:
 Tags can be deleted if required before the worksheet is updated, and the tag number can be re-used.
 To delete a tag, click on the sequence number for the record to be deleted and then click the DELETE button.
 At the confirmation prompt, click YES to delete the Count Tag.

•Return to the Tag Entry Screen:
 Click BACK TO ENTRY to return to the Count Tag Details screen to modify any tags or to add new tags.
