Performance Questions By Document Utility

Utilities Menu -> Counter -> Performance Questions By Document

This utility can be used to update the responses to key performance indicators on specific contracts and rentals, as defined in the Performance Questions.
 It can be accessed from the Utilities menu for Counter operations.

Generally the Performance Questions are answered in document entry, but this utility can be used to view and change responses without accessing the document itself.

The prompts are:

DOCUMENT TYPE

Select one of the document types:

•Click Contract to access the Performance Questions for an existing Contract.

•Click Invoice to access the Performance Questions for a Miscellaneous Invoice or Sales Order Invoice.

Note: Performance Questions do not apply to Quotes, Reservations, Rental Return Invoices, Point Of Sale Invoices, Work Orders, or Work Orders Invoices.

DOCUMENT#

Enter the document number or selected it from the corresponding Contract Search or Invoice Search window.
 The customer name is displayed.

Performance Question Details:

The Performance Questions with the Response information is displayed and can be updated as outlined in Performance Questions By Document.

ACTIONS:
 Additional actions provided by buttons on the Performance Questions By Document Utility screen include:

•Report on Document Performance:
 Click the REPORT button to generate a report on Performance Question results using date, document, and customer filters, as outlined in Performance Question Report.
