Re-Sort Performance Questions

System Maintenance Menu -> Configure System Settings -> Customer Management Tab -> General Settings -> Performance Questions -> RE-SORT button -> Re-Sort Performance Questions

This utility can be used to control how the Performance Questions are displayed in the Performance Question by Document window.
 They could be sorted by importance, or could be grouped by type of question. e.g. equipment condition/availability questions, then delivery issues, then customer issues

The question numbers with descriptions are listed on the screen in the order that they will be displayed.
 To re-position a question click on the record to highlight it or focus on it, and then click the appropriate action key at the bottom of the screen.
 Actions keys include:

•MOVE UP to move the question record in focus up one line, re-numbering the sequence numbers.

•MOVE DOWN to move the question record in focus down one line, re-numbering the sequence numbers.

•MOVE TOP to move the question record in focus up to sequence number 001 on the first line.

•MOVE BOTTOM to move the question record in focus to the last position, re-numbering the sequence numbers.

Note: New questions that are added to Performance Questions are added to the bottom of the list.

When the questions are in the correct order, click OK to accept and exit.
 The questions will now display in the new sequence in Performance Questions.
