Cylinder Delivery Ticket Search

Global Search window -> Cylinder Delivery Ticket # -> Cylinder Delivery Ticket Search

This window can be used to view and select from a list of cylinder delivery tickets created in Cylinder Entry for printing from Print Cylinder Delivery Ticket or viewing in the TRX window of the View Document Information.

Resulting List:
 This window displays all the cylinder delivery transactions associated with the contract, listing the delivery transaction number, the order date, the original cylinder order quantity for delivery and for pickup, the closed status, created date, time, and operator.
 The Closed column provides the status of the delivery ticked and impacts the quantities as follows:

•No - none of the cylinder transactions on that ticket have been closed and the Delivery and Pickup quantities represent the expected quantities

•Yes - all cylinder transactions on that ticket have been closed and the Delivery and Pickup quantities now reflect the actual quantities

•Partial - some but not all of the cylinder transactions on that ticket have been closed, and the Delivery and Pickup quantities are the sum of the actual quantities for closed transactions plus the expected quantities for pending cylinder transactions

The list can be resorted by any column in ascending or descending order, by clicking in the column heading.
 Columns can also be dragged and dropped to reposition them as required.

Double click on any record to view details on that delivery ticket products, quantities and status, or highlight the record and click the DETAILS button.

To select a value from the displayed list, double-click on the appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the SELECT button.
