Cylinder Delivery Ticket Comments

System Maintenance Menu -> Configure System Settings -> System tab -> Company & Divisions -> Company Parameters -> Rate Parameters -> Cylinder Settings window to Cylinder Delivery Ticket Comments

This window can be used to setup comments to be printed at the bottom of each cylinder delivery ticket printed from Cylinder Entry or from Print Cylinder Delivery Ticket.
 Cylinder delivery tickets comments can be setup to be printed in the standard or alternate language according to the customer's language preference.

To setup the comments, select the language choice from the radio group, and enter the text exactly as it should be printed.

Example:

 DRIVER'S LICENSE           ______________________________

 CUSTOMER'S SIGNATURE       ______________________________

 CUSTOMER'S NAME (PRINTED)  ______________________________

 Rental rate per Cylinder will be charged at the four week rate based on the
 average number of cylinders in your possession during the month.
 Fuel will be billed upon delivery.
 Rental will be billed separately at the end of each month.
 

Alternate Language Feature:
 If your firm uses the Alternate Language feature as activated in the Company Miscellaneous Parameters, customers to receive documents in the alternate language can be flagged in Customer Information.

•For standard documents and Crystal Forms the wording of the text on the documents can be customized for two languages in the Document Field Labels table.

•For Jasper documents refer to Jasper Appearance and Formatting window of Customer Forms for the language and label controls.
