View Mapping Table Values

Data Import/Export Tool ->DETAILS button -> View Mapping Table Values

This inquiry screen can be used to view the data file table in the 'From' or source company, after they have been re-mapped in Data Import/Export Tool using the Export Mapping Table To Excel action and then imported using the Import Data From Working Directory action.

The prompts include"

MAPPED TABLE

Enter the table to view or select one from the drop-down list.
 Only tables where the mapping has been completed and imported back into this company are available, as explained in Data Import/Export Tool.

FIRST KEY VALUE

Leave this field blank to view the data from the beginning of the file, or enter an 'Old Value' to start the display at a specific record.

KEY CHANGES ONLY

Check this box to only display records that have mapping changes.
 Uncheck this box to show all records in the table.

Resulting Table Values

The records display for the selected table with the mapping for the Old Values and the New Values.

The list can be resorted by any column in ascending or descending order, by clicking on the column heading.
 Columns can also be dragged and dropped to reposition them as required.

Click OK to exit the inquiry screen.

ACTIONS:
 Additional actions provided by buttons on the View Mapping Table Values screen include:

•Export Changes to Mapped Tables:
 The EXPORT button can be used to output all changes to the existing mapping tables, to a spreadsheet with 1 tab per table.
 This information is for reference and validation only, and cannot be used as a re-import file because it is not complete as only changes are included.
