View Document Rates

Reports Menu -> Commissions -> Rate Discount Tracking Report -> INQUIRY button -> View Document Rates

This utility can be used to view rates and the discounts by product and rate code on a specific document.

The prompts are:

DOCUMENT TYPE

Select the relevant type of document in the radio group..

DOCUMENT #

Enter the document number to view or select it from the search window provided.

RENTAL DISCOUNT %

The discount percents captured include:

•Document Rental Disc% - What is on the document right now, and what will be used for billing (after customer discount% and/or over-rides)

•Customer Rental Disc% - What did the system default the rates when the contract was created for this customer (before any over-rides)

•Rack Rental Disc% - What discount would be used for the division cash customer.

Note: The discount percents in this window are not reflected in the rate codes below, as that rate information shows the "pre-discount" rates.

 Each rate code for each rental product on this document is listed with the rate charged on the document before discounts.
 Click the EXP/CON button to view the Customer and Rack rates.
