1099 Print Positions

Accounts Payable Menu -> U.S. 1099-Misc Forms Menu -> Print/Edit Generated 1099-Misc Forms -> Selection Required -> Edit Form Alignment action -> 1099 Print Positions

When 1099 forms are printed it is important that the values printed by the software are place cleanly in the appropriate boxes on the pre-printed forms.
 This utility can be used to adjust the positioning of the data to match the boxes and to handle spacing between forms, by correcting the row and column values.

If the field positions are changed using this alignment utility, the adjustments are saved and apply the next time the 1099 forms are run, until further adjustments are made.

ACTIONS:
 Additional actions provided by buttons on the 1099 Print Positions screen include:

•Revert to Standard Positions:
 Click the DEFAULTS button to reset the Row and Column position values back to the default values defined for 1099 forms.

•Click the CHECK PAGE button to generate "1099 POSITION TEST PAGE" defining column/row positions.
