Request SAAS Playdata Refresh

Utilities Menu -> System Maintenance Utilities -> Request SAAS Playdata Refresh

System Maintenance Menu -> Configure System Settings -> Automatic Job Scheduling -> Function GLCN80A -> runs Request a Playdata Refresh

This utility can be used by SAAS (Software As A Service) customers to issue a request for the "Playdata" in their practice company to be updated to the current data.
 This option is not available from within the Play company.

The program creates or deletes a trigger file in /usr/local/tsi/refresh, for the corresponding company.

•If the file does not exist, the operator is prompted:
 Do you with to schedule a playdata refresh for tonight?
 and answering Yes will create the file to trigger the refresh.

•If the file does exist, the operator is prompted:
 A playdata refresh is scheduled for tonight. Do you wish to cancel the refresh?
 and answering Yes will delete the trigger file.

A cron job that runs at night, executes the refresh copying the current data from the live company into the copy company data directory, including the pro files, and database data.
 This update is done at night as it may slow down user response time during the copy.
