W.O. Service Recommendations Report
Work Order Menu -> Reports -> W.O. Service Recommendations Report
This report outputs Service Recommendations for non-bulk rental equipment to a spreadsheet, based on a filter selection of Class, Group, Product, and/or Contract.
All service recommendations for non-bulk rental products can be listed, or just open, or just closed recommendations.
The prompts are:
FROM CLASS
Leave this field blank to include non-bulk products from all Product Classes, or enter the starting class, or select one from the Product Class Search window.
TO CLASS
Leave this field blank to include non-bulk products from all Product Classes, or enter the ending class, or select a Product Class in the window.
FROM GROUP
Leave this field blank to include non-bulk products from all Groups, or enter the starting group, or select one from the Group Search window.
TO GROUP
Leave this field blank to include non-bulk products from all Groups, or enter the ending group, or select a group in the window.
FROM PRODUCT #
Leave this field blank to include all non-bulk products, or enter the first product to be included, or select a product from the Inventory Search window.
TO PRODUCT
Leave this field blank to include all non-bulk products in the report, or enter the last product to be included, or select a product from the window.
CONTRACT #
Leave this field blank to include non-bulk products on all contracts or select a specific contract from the Contract Search window.
RECOMMENDATION TYPE
Select one of the following recommendation status options:
•Click Open to only include service recommendations that have not yet been completed on a Work Order.
•Click Closed to only include completed service recommendations.
•Click Both to list all recommendations in the range with an Open/Closed flag.
Finished?
The data is exported to an Excel spreadsheet, including the non-bulk product number, description, associated contract number, customer number, bill to name and complete ship to information from the contract, service recommendation notes, and the open/closed flag for the service recommendation.
