Work Order Cost & Revenue Calculation Report

Work Order Menu -> Reports -> Work Order Cost & Revenue Calculation

This utility can be used to explain how the cost and revenue values were calculated on the Work Orders.
 Filters by date range and current, batch, history status are provided.
 The spreadsheet that it generates lists the following details by Work Order:

•parts used on the W.O. with description, quantity, cost, revenue, (revenue less cost)

•labour date, hours, description, employee code, name, total, employee rate, (rate * hours)

•labor Service code, description, and service (revenue less cost)

•billing invoice number

•division code & division name

Note: Other services are not reported on the spreadsheet because the cost of those services cannot be defined.
