Counter Menu -> Contracts -> Contract Details -> Contract Summary and Totals -> Create Delivery Ticket check box -> Delivery Ticket Details -> Transport Supplier feature - Contract Delivery & Pickup Information

This window is only triggered on creation of a Delivery or Pickup Ticket when the Transport Supplier feature is activated in the Division Delivery/Pickup Parameters, and this ticket has been flagged to use an external transport contractor, so an email notice to can be sent to alert the supplier that transport services are required.
The window can be used to confirm and update the yard and site address information:

The yard or division address defaults from the document division using the primary address defined in the Division but this can be over-typed or a different division can be selected from the drop-down box as required.
If there are multiple tickets for the same contract, the customer site address will default from the last ticket created.
The blank division does not auto-populate the address fields, but the Head Office address can be manually entered.

The customer address defaults from the site or ship to address on the contract, but can be over-typed as required.

The Phone# for both addresses is mandatory and is included on the Transport notice along with the addresses.

Additional comments can be added in the Notes windows provided, with the option to print on the Transport notice and on the Delivery/Pickup Ticket.
If there are multiple tickets for the same contract, the notes do NOT default from the last ticket created.
Other document notes associated with the Contract or Delivery/Pickup Ticket, do not print on the Transport Supplier notice.

When Descartes - On Demand and/or WinRoute are activated in Logistics an additional Driver flag can be checked to identify note detail lines that apply only to the Descartes Delivery and Pickup Tickets for this Site.
Only Detail lines flagged for the Driver are then submitted to On Demand and WinRoute.
Detail lines flagged for the Driver do not print on the Quote, Reservations or Contracts.

Note: If the option to Use Contact Document Emailing is activated in the Company Email Configuration no notice is sent to the Transport Supplier, however tickets will reflect the new 'To' address information captured in this window.

After this address information screen is accepted and the ticket is created, one of the following pop-ups will be triggered to complete the Transport Supplier notice:

Print and/or Email Delivery Ticket - from Delivery Console
Print and/or Email Pickup Ticket - from Pickup Console
Print and/or Email Delivery Ticket - from Contract Summary and Totals
