This window provides access to view the Product Status Code change log.
 These records are captured when a Product Status is changed in any of the following processes:

•Update Product Status Code (RSPF75)

•Update Status Code of Single Product (RSAR12)

•Rental Return (RSCD04I)

•Update Status Code from Rental Return and Close Pickup (RSCD04I)

•Rental Inventory (RSPF02)

•Work Orders - create (WOWH01)

•Work Orders - close (WOWH01B)

•Close Internal Work Orders (WOWH20)

•Close Pickup Ticket (RSCH47)

•Exchange by Contract (RSEX01)

•Exchange Pickups (RSEX10)

•Background Tasks (BKTX01)

•Internal Transfers - on receipt of non-bulk product (INDH04)

•Clone Rental & Sales Products (RSPF46)

•Fast-Track Work Order Labor (WOWL02)

•Export/Import Product Status Codes (RSAR14)

•Update Product Status Code by Group - on receipt of non-bulk product (RSAR10A)

•Inventory Clean-Up for Products (INCL03A)

•Export/Import Product Status Codes (RSAR16)

•Data Import for Product Status Codes (IMPORT2)

The screen displays the rental product number and description with the following change details:

DATE

The date when the Status Code was changed is displayed.

TIME

The time when the Status Code was changed is displayed.

OLD

The original Status Code of the rental product is displayed.

NEW

The updated Status Code of the rental product is displayed.

DIV

The division is displayed.

OPR

The Clerk code entered in the Clerk Confirmation window is displayed.
 If the Prompt for Clerk feature is not activated, then the operator signed in to the session when the status was changed, will be displayed.

SOURCE

The function in which the Status Code change was made is displayed.
 Refer to the above process list for associated functions.

Click EXP/CON button to view any note entered in the Clerk Confirmation window at the time of the Status Code change.
