Re-Open Closed Contracts

Utilities Menu -> Backoffice -> Re-Open Closed Contracts

This utility can be used to "re-open" any closed contracts that are incorrectly flagged as closed but contain open detail lines with a status of 'O' or 'F'.
 This action is useful to reset the closed flag to open on contracts that were temporarily flagged as closed by a Cycle Billing run but the billing run was interrupted and aborted due to a database error, before restoring the open flag.
 By resetting the contract header flags, the Cycle Billing can be rerun and completed.

The only other way to re-open these contracts is to Regenerate Requirements File so that customer can finish cycle billing.

Running this utility will reset all contracts with at least one detail line with a status of 'O' or 'F', as open.
 The contracts that are reset to open will be listed in the Information Log.
