Rebuild Westpac NZ Direct Credit File

Accounts Payable Menu -> A/P Payments -> Direct Payments -> Rebuild Westpac NZ Direct Credit File

This utility can be used to recreate an ASCII text file that for some reason did not include ALL transactions when generated from Print Payment Register and Post.
 The new "Rebuilt Westpac NZ Direct Credit File" can be assigned a new name to avoid any confusion.

ACTIONS:
 Additional actions provided by buttons on the Rebuild Westpac NZ Direct Credit File screen include:

•Download Bank Files to the Client:
 Click the DOWNLOAD button to download the file defined in the ASCII File Name field (e.g. AP-PMT.TXT) for review.
 A warning is generated if the file does not exist.
