Concur Transaction Import File Search

General Ledger Menu -> Miscellaneous Journals -> CONCUR IMPORT button -> Transaction Import File Search

The screen can be used to view and search for files exported from Concur Solutions to import into SRM Software to populate the Miscellaneous G/L Journals transaction table.
 

This action is only available if the Concur processing has been activated in the Software Integration and the operator has Security Role Permissions in the Document Field Access window to "Import Misc Journal File From Concur Files".

Select one of the following filters for the Concur file list:

STATUS

•Click New to generate a list of files that have not yet been imported.

•Click Imported to list any files which have already been imported and assigned a Journal trx# but have not been posted.

•Click Posted to list all the files that have already been written to the G/L.

Search Results:
 The resulting list of Concur Files display with the Status, File Name. Batch Total, Batch Date, Imported By, Posted, Posting Reference, Download Date and File Location.
 The list can be resorted by any column in ascending or descending order, by clicking in the column heading.
 Columns can also be dragged and dropped to reposition them as required.

To select a value from the displayed list, double-click on the appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the SELECT button.

To update the list with the latest files click the REFRESH button.
