Delete Rewards Code

System Maintenance Menu -> Configure System Settings -> Accounting Tab -> Accounts Receivable -> Reward Code window -> Reward Program Maintenance -> DELETE button -> Delete Rewards Code

This program ensures that the Reward Code is NOT assigned to a customer in the Customer Information before it can be deleted.

Enter Reward Code to delete or select it from the Reward Program Search window.

If the Reward Program is in use, a warning is triggered with the number of customers that are currently assigned this code.
 It needs to be removed from the Customer Codes window of all customers before it can be deleted.

If the Reward Code is not currently in use, the configuration of the selected code is displayed for information.
 Confirmation is required before the code is deleted.
