Email Assigned List


Accounts Receivable Menu -> Customer Information -> Internet Information -> Email Assigned List

System Maintenance Menu -> Configure System Settings -> Salesman Codes -> Email Assigned List

Portal Management -> Customer Access -> Portal Customers -> Email Assigned List


Critical email addresses must be unique.
 This window displaying emails addresses already in use, is triggered if an email address is entered for a Customer or Salesman that has already been assigned to a customer in the Customer Internet Information, Portal Customers, or to a salesman in the Salesman Codes.

The records with matching email addresses are listed with:

Record Type - indicates whether the existing record using this address is a customer or salesman
 Record Key - displays the customer/salesman number and the name.
