Site Types

System Maintenance Menu -> Configure System Settings -> Customer Management Tab -> Deliver/Pickup -> Site Types

This table can be used to define the different types of Customer Sites such as commercial or residential, to be used by Descartes Winroute to determine the truck scheduling, as certain trucks are not permitted in certain neighbourhoods.
 The neighbourhood restrictions are then setup and controlled by the Winroute system.

An operator must be assigned a Security Role that allows permission to the Customer Management - Site Types in order to access this table.
