Active Employees on this Work Orders

Work Order Menu -> Work Orders -> Active Employees on this Work Orders

This pop-up information dialogue box is triggered if a Work Order is locked and cannot be modified or deleted because it is currently tagged as in use by another employee on another device or API such as the Texada Web mobile device.
 The active Employee number, name, status, date and time are displayed for information purposes only.

ACTIONS:
 Additional actions provided by buttons on the Active Employees on this Work Orders screen include:

•Release W.O. Lock:
 The DELETE button is only active when the role assigned to the operator in Operators has permission to External WO Employee Access as setup in the "Texada Web/Rental Logic" window of Security Role Permission.
 Click the DELETE button to remove the employee record from the Work Order.

A prompt to also release the lock is generated and confirmation is required to release the lock on the W.O.
