Inspection Forms for Work Order

Work Order Menu -> Work Orders -> INSPECTIONS button -> Inspection Forms for Work Order

Search window -> Work Order # field -> Estimate/Work Order Search -> drill down to Work Orders header -> INSPECTIONS button -> Inspection Forms for Work Order

Counter Menu -> Inquiries -> Document Inquiry / View Document Information -> Work Orders header -> INSPECTIONS button -> Inspection Forms for Work Order

Multiple Inspection Forms can be assigned in this window for a W.O. for service through the Texada Web Work Order application.
 Forms can be assigned manually or can be auto-added to the W.O. when setup in the Inspection Forms window for the product Group.

Inspection Forms can also be automatically assigned to a W.O. if setup for the product in the Group or the Product Make and Model Master table, as explained in Inspection Forms.

A VIEW RESULTS button is provided to view and print the inspection forms list.
