This inquiry displays the Inspection Forms associated with the selected Repair transaction.
 It lists each Inspection Form code, with the Form Name and the Last Updated Date.

To view the details of an Inspection in the list, double-click on the appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the VIEW RESULTS button.
