Texada Web Data Refresh
Utilities Menu -> System Maintenance Utilities -> Texada Web Data Refresh
This utility provides the ability to mark customers, products, open tickets and open work orders to be refreshed in Texada Web, by flagging selected records as 'changed' so Texada Web will then fetch them when it next refreshes data.
•Customers are considered active if they have a rental invoice record in current, batch or history, or a posted AR subledger record dated on or after the cutoff date.
•Rentals will be treated as sold after cutoff if there is a disposal transaction or bulk disposal transaction for the cutoff date or later.
•Sales will be treated as sold after cutoff if there is a RSILTRC location history record where the quantity goes down any time since the cutoff period, eg sold, used on work order, etc.
•Tickets and Work Orders created since use the system creation date, or the ticket/work order requested date, if the system date is not available.
•The "Create Missing Work Orders" option can be used to "bulk-generate" Work Orders for non-bulk rentals by location that do not have a W.O. and currently have a Product Status Code that is flagged to "Create WO" in the 'Status Code Actions by Group' window.
The non-bulk products must have a quantity of one "on hand" and the resulting W.O. number is prefixed by the current Location of that product.
Note: Texada Web is not supported on Windows servers.
