Telematic ID Inquiry

Inventory Control Menu -> Telematic ID Inquiry

This product inquiry of non-bulk rental equipment provides details on the product information captured by the Import AEMP Telematics process which returns data on non-bulk rental products equipped with the Telematic tracking device.
 

Refer to AEMP Telematics for general configuration and setup.

The prompts include"

PRODUCT CLASS, "ALL" OR "SEL"

•Type ALL to include non-bulk products from all Product Classes in the output.

•Enter a specific class, to only list non-bulk products from a single Product Class, or select a Product Class from the Product Class Search window.

•Type SEL to select a combination of Product Classes to include in the output as outlined in Selected Class List.

PRODUCT GROUP, "ALL" OR "SEL"

•Type ALL to include non-bulk products from all Groups in the report.

•Enter a single specific Group to only list non-bulk products from a single Group, or select it from the Group Search window.

•Type SEL to select multiple Groups in the Select Group List window.

INCLUDE NON-TELEMATIC PRODUCTS

Uncheck this box to only list non-bulk rental equipment that has been assigned a Telematic ID in the Rental Information window.
 Check this box this box to include all non-bulk equipment in the selected product class/group filters.

Note: This option is not available if All products and groups are selected.

Resulting Product List:

•Each non-bulk product is listed with Class, Group, Product number and Description for reference.

•The Telematic Vendor or Provider is displayed as setup in the Rental Information, and can only be updated if the operator has Security Role Permissions to Assign/Remove Telematic ID per the "Miscellaneous" controls window.
 The Telematic ID must be unique to assets assigned the same Telematic Vendor.
 

•The Telematic ID is displayed as setup in the Rental Information, and can only be updated if the operator has Security Role Permissions to Assign/Remove Telematic ID per the "Miscellaneous" controls window.
 The Telematic ID must be unique to assets assigned the same Telematic Vendor.
 If the Telematic ID is not used it is displayed in red for the TRK or TRI vendors when they are set to match the assets based on the Serial number assigned in the Asset Tag instead of the Telematic ID assigned in the Rental Information window.
 Refer to AEMP Telematics for information on specific provider's value to use in the Telematic ID field.

•The Serial number assigned to the non-bulk rental product on the Asset Tag is displayed.

•The GEO Location History window is provided to view the location history of the equipment by date, captured by the Import AEMP Telematics process.

•The current contract count is displayed and the View Document Information window provides the ability to drill down to the contract details.
