This window is triggered to capture the 'Discharge Date' when the asset was removed from the Personal Property Security Register to ensure upkeep of the online PPSR portal.
 This window is only triggered from a Rental Return or Exchange by Contract when the non-bulk rental product on the Contract has been assigned a Contract Detail Additional Options.
 This feature is activated by the "Activate Contract Detail Additional Options" flag in the Divisional Contract Parameters.

The non-bulk rental product number, description, PPSR Registration#, Token and Registration Date are displayed for information only.

Enter the appropriate 'Discharge Date' for this PPSR record and click OK to accept it updating the Discharge Date in the Contract Detail Additional Options record.

An audit record in written to the Audit Log in the "PPSR Changes" category for RSCD04C for Rental Return or for RSEX01 for Exchange by Contract, to track the date and time that the Discharge Date was entered, with the message, operator, contract#, product# and customer#.
