Clone Inspection Form

System Maintenance Menu -> Configure System Settings -> Operations Tab -> Inventory -> Maintain Inspection Forms -> CLONE button -> Clone Inspection Form

This utility can be used to clone an Inspection Form that has already been setup to a new Inspection Form ID, that can then be modified as required.

The prompts are:

FROM FORM

Enter the existing source Inspection Form ID or selected it from the Inspection Form Search window.

TO FORM

Enter a new Inspection Form ID to represent the new form.

TO FORM DESCRIPTION

Enter a brief description of the new Inspection Form.

Finished?

Click ACCEPT to create the new Inspection Form or CANCEL to abort.

Update Clone Inspection Form

Once the new Inspection Form has been created, it can be further customized in Maintain Inspection Forms.
