Appraisal Values

Inventory Control Menu -> Rental Inventory -> Replacement Cost window-> Appraisal Values

This window can be used to define a 'Retirement' flag and the Appraisal Values for a Non-bulk asset, including:

•Fair Market Value - (FMV)

•Orderly Liquidation Value - (OLV)

•Forced Liquidation Value - (FLV)

These values for non-bulk rentals are for information purposes only and are reflected in the spreadsheet output of the detailed Rental Age Report, the Disposal Transactions Report and can be updated by the Inventory Clean-up - Product Information utility.
