Deposit Method of Payment

This is #9 on the FXMENU maintenance utility for SCS use only and is not on a standard menu.

This utility can be used to correct an invalid Method of Payment on a Deposit in the RSDP table, such as a blank when blank is not a valid MOP.

An audit record is written to the Audit Log for RSDPFX to track data changes made by SCS staff through this support function.
