Invoice Method of Payment

This is #19 on the FXMENU maintenance utility for SCS use only and is not on a standard menu.

This utility can be used to correct an invalid Method of Payment used to pay an Invoice when blank is not a valid MOP.
 This could occur if a Deposit was used to pay an invoice and the Deposit included a blank MOP.

An audit record is written to the Audit Log for RSIPFX to track data changes made by SCS staff through this support function.
