Activate Texada Pay by Division

System Maintenance Menu -> Configure System Settings -> System -> Company & Divisions -> Company Parameters -> Software Integration -> Texada Pay -> Activate Texada Pay by Division

This screen applies to all currencies and can be used to define Divisions that are setup and ready to use Texada Pay versus Divisions that are not ready to accept TP.

The prompts include:

DIV

All the divisions are listed.

NAME

The division or store name is displayed as defined in Divisions.

ACTIVATE

Check the box if the Division uses Texada Pay.
 Uncheck the box if the Division is not ready to use TP.

Operators by Division:
 This TP activation flag applies to the current signed in Division if the "Operator’s by Division" feature is enabled in the Company Information setup.

NON-Operators by Division:
 If "Operator’s by Division" is NOT enabled in the Company Information this TP activation flag respects the default division of the Operator currently signed in.

Click OK to accept the configured boxes.

ACTIONS:
 Additional actions provided by buttons on the Activate Texada Pay by Division screen include:

•Click the SET ALL button to check all the TP Activation boxes in this window.
 Divisions can then be unchecked individually as required.

•Conversely, click the CLEAR ALL button to uncheck all the TP Activation boxes.
 Divisions can then be rechecked individually as required.
