Set Rental Product Discount Flag = Y

This is #40-7 on the FXMENU maintenance utility for SCS use only and is not on a standard menu.

This utility can be used to set all rental product’s discount flag to Y in Rental Inventory.

An audit record is written to the Audit Log for RSPFFX to track data changes made by SCS staff through this support function.
