Operator Security Report

Reports Menu -> Security -> Operator Security Report

This report exports a list of the active users with their security roles and complete access information within SRM to a spreadsheet.

The data filters respect the Division Type defined in Divisions and include the following reporting selections:

•G/L Division - only used for accounting

•Inventory Location - only used for inventory locations and not used for accounting

•Both - divisions that are used for both G/L Accounting and for Inventory locations

•Neither - not used by Accounting or Inventory

The summary lists the operator security information by Operator Division with the Division name, Operator code, Operator name, Unique Operator ID and each Security Role with description that is assigned to that operator in Operator Assigned Security Roles.
 Columns are also provided to identify the Division 'Type' of G/L and of Inventory Location.

The detailed output includes the summary information as well as each Menu, Function and Permission control accessible by each operator.
