ERP Integration


System Maintenance Menu -> Configure System Settings -> System -> Company & Divisions -> Company Parameters -> Software Integration -> ERP Integration


SRM has the ability to integrate with other ERP business applications such as iRely
 The configuration credentials for integration can be set up as follows:

ERP INTEGRATION

Leave this field blank if ERP integration does not apply to your company or select the ERP application from the drop-down box.

iRely is a third-party business application whose processes can be integrated with SRM.
 Refer to https://irely.com for details.

When iRely is activated and a new product is added or received in either SRM or Texada Web, a record is added to the table ERP_QUE.
 Whenever a Purchase Order header is created, modified, or deleted, a new record is added to the table EPR_QUE

Credentials:

Enter the credentials where the endpoint URL for iRely is “https://api.irely.com” and all fields are mandatory as supplied by IRELY.

EMAIL ERRORS TO

Enter your staff email address who is the administrator for iRely processes and should received the email alerts.

ENABLE DEBUGGING

Texada Support can use the debug feature for trouble shooting.

VIEW LOG

The log can be viewed whether iRely is enabled or not, and the records can be exported to a spreadsheet for the requested date range by clicking the EXPORT button.

The RESUBMIT button can be used to search for and resubmit any existing failed records.

Activation capture:
 When the ERP Integration feature is enabled and the credentials are accepted, the ERP Invoices to be Uploaded on Next Daily Close 2 screen is triggered to manage existing invoices.

iRely Setup Requirements:
 To integrate SRM with iRely each Service Code and the Damage Waiver record requires SRM to store a mandatory external ERP number for the link to iRely.
 When new Sales Inventory items are created or cloned the standard 'Sales Product Mask' defined in the Company Inventory Parameters does not apply and instead the product# is assigned from an external REST iRely API which cannot be over-typed.
