Add Customer Owned Equipment
Work Orders -> Work Orders -> ADD CUSTOMER OWNED EQUIPMENT
This function allows you to add a customer-owned Asset during Work Order creation. To enable this function, check the Customer Owned Equipment checkbox on the Company Inventory Parameters screen.
Add New Customer-Owned Asset:
To add a new customer-owned Asset to a Work Order, enter an Equipment ID manually or press ENTER to automatically generate one, then fill out the remaining information. Click the ACCEPT button once you are finished.
