SCS - Order Billing Clean Up

This is a Texada Support maintenance utility that is not on a standard menu.

This option can be used to purge any Order Billing records where the billing date does not match the invoice date and the order customer does not match invoice customer.
 (OEOB links a sales order any invoices that were billed from it.)

Confirmation is required.
