Kit Availability Inquiry

The kit availability inquiry displays quantities available for items in the kit, for the selected date range. The availability can be for all divisions or a specified division.
The prompts are:

FROM DATE/TIME

Enter the starting date and time for the availability check.

TO DATE/TIME

Enter the ending date and time for the availability check.

ALL LOC'NS

Enter Y (YES) to include quantities ate ALL locations.
Enter N (NO) to specify at single location or branch.

LOC

<F4> Enter the preferred location or select it from the window.

DESCRIPTION

Type in the description of the Kit.
Use the first four or five characters only.

KIT #

The kits and descriptions display in paging screen format.

Y (YES)

To select products from a kit, move the cursor onto the same line and right arrow.

The products in the selected kit now display on the screen with Product Numbers, Group, Descriptions, Kit Quantity, Charge Status, Discount %, and Available Quantity.
