These programs have been designed to track the activities of staff, when they override credit limits, give discounts, change prices or rates for customers, etc.
 Three types of override tracking are available:

•Track and log overrides automatically by override Type.

•Utilize operator role security and password controls on specific modules and on override actions.

•Require all operators to select a relevant Reason for the override, regardless of security role.

The following security setup programs can be accessed from the Security tab of the Configure System Settings.

Reporting:

Each time an override is done, an audit record is generated to track the override by type, operator, and reason, that can be output to Print Override Report for analysis.
