Event Start/Finish Dates

The Event Start/End dates and times print on the Contract.
Enter the actual dates and times that these rental products will be used.

The actual Event Start and End information helps to manage certain rental items that have overlapping bookings, and though they are committed on a contract, will only actually be in use during the Event Time. This means, because the actual Event End Time is known, the items could then be picked up and delivered to the next booking.

Note: A flag in the Additional Pop-Up Windows of the Divisional Contract Parameters can be set to automatically trigger this Event Dates pop-up window in contract or worksheet entry.
