This window is triggered in Rental
Return and in Exchange by Contract if
there are any bulk rental products being returned that belong to a
Group that is set to utilize the Time
Delay feature according to the newly assigned Product Status Code.
The Time Delay is controlled by Status Code in the Status Code Actions By Group to allow for down
time for routine service at return or exchange.
The product number, description, quantity, new Status Code and delay time are displayed.
The Delay time is displayed in hours and minutes, and can be
adjusted if required.
Products that do not require the Status Code change to allow for the Time Delay can be deleted from this table.
The Check List associated with this Group by Status Code in Status Code Actions By Group will be printed.
