The same driver's license can be assigned to multiple customers,
to provide the ability to identify a person doing business with
your firm on behalf of a company, and also on behalf of
himself.
When the license is scanned on a document and that scan matches
multiple customer records, this Select Customer window is
provided to allow the operator to select the correct customer
record.
When a license or scanned license is deleted, it is only removed from the specified customer record, as it still may be valid for other customer records.
Search Results:
The matching customer records are listed with the numbers, names,
On Account status, and the Driver Name.
The customer list can be resorted by any column in ascending or
descending order, by clicking on the column heading.
Columns can also be dragged and dropped to reposition them as
required.
To select a customer, double click on the customer record, or highlight the record and click the SELECT button.
